How do I submit a manuscript for consideration?

In order to submit a book form to Dev Publishers & Distributors, please send a proposal of 5-10 pages containing a brief description and readership of the volume, a chapter outline, extent, and author details. Please do not send extensive material such as an entire manuscript unless requested.
